The Reach Key West, Curio Collection By Hilton Hotel, Key West

Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent, but I felt it was overpriced for what was offered. The location was convenient, as it was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience a bit more pleasant. However, the pool area was cloudy, which was disappointing, and the beach was not enjoyable due to seaweed.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was fantastic with a beautiful private beach, my initial room was disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. I also hoped for a better dining experience given the resort's reputation. Overall, it felt like there were areas that could be improved upon during my stay.
